”My prepaid $50.00 parking spot was not available. I was told to park in municipal lot. I refused and they made another arrangement for me to park. No elevator. Had to carry luggage up and down 3 long steep flights of stairs. No mention about lack of elevators in promotion and listing materials. No hot water in the morning (7:00) at the toilet room sink or in the shower despite running it for 30 minutes. No one on premises to assist. ”The location is very convenient, no pool or hot tub, but I don’t think Residence Inns offer that as part of the brand. They had a nice large gym room and a nice common area. The bar was not well stocked and it wasn’t open every day. Overall, it is a good value to stay here. ”

”Really clean and nice hotel. Location was just perfect. Beds were very good and the room was spacey. There was not normal buffet breakfast option at all, just different, quite expensive dishes, available. The hotel supposed to be a inviroment friendly, but you can’t use stairs to go to the floors?? ”

”The staff was top tier, and the check-in process was amazing. Everyone was friendly and welcoming. Unfortunately, my room was not very clean. The shower still had dirt from the previous occupant. I didn’t complain because it was late at night and I was exhausted, so I just cleaned it myself. My room was also located next to the elevator and ice machine, but surprisingly I didn’t notice much noise at all. It was actually very quiet.”

”The room was very nice, warm and clean. Bed was comfortable. The included breakfast buffet was varied and satisfying. The staff was friendly and had a great attitude, especially considering this stay was when a blizzard hit and they were full. The manager kept a smile and had a few funny stories for us. All in all, it was a very enjoyable stay.”
