”you ripped me off where is the continental breakfast I made a reservation with expedia and the description and the service is terrible > I arrive at 4 pm there is no none I waited for 30 minutes > The responsible is these terrible company manages these hotels, but not the lady who was there with her dog. She was nice, even though I waited at reception for 30 minutes. The next day, there was no breakfast, just a dirty coffee pot. ”

”Driving through the area and needed to stay overnight to take the Amtrak Auro train the next day. I wanted to see the property in person and the area prior to booking. Location was safe, located by a lot Of food options. Now don’t expect the Ritz Carlton, this hotel serves its purpose clean, comfy bed, safe, nice people working there. I have to say you can tell they pay attention when cleaning rooms extremely clean but of course normal wear and tear. The noise of doors shutting and loud people...

”This is a small HI Express with a small gym and no pool. The rooms were also small but well equipped and immaculate. We were in a 2 queen bed room and there was only room for the beds, a desk chair and a hassock for seating. Plenty of big fluffy hand and bath towels and wash cloths in the bath but, again, small. Breakfast was excellent. All the employees we encountered were helpful and very polite. We paid with Expedia Reward bucks but it was almost double the hotels best rate so be careful...
