”The motel was easy to find and access to the parking was no problem. The room was basic but clean and comfortable. We arrived later in the afternoon so needed to contact staff who were very helpful and friendly in talking us through how to get our room key. The location is convenient to the station and places to find a meal.”

”Loistava paikka. Ehkä yksi parhaista Rainbow Beachin majoituksista, mutta Rainbow Beachillä on turha odottakaan mitään viiden tähden luxusta. Erittäin siisti ja toimiva majoitus, jota voi hyvin suositella. Helppo autolla (auto suoraan oven viereen) ja kauppa tirn toisella puolella. Rantaan autolla 5min kävellen n. 20min. Hyvä majoitus jos viettää päivän Fraser Islandilla. ”

”The stay was okay, but being charged an extra $99.00 because my disabled wife is in a wheelchair was disturbing to say the least. Fancy charging the disabled such a premium because we dared to expect disabled access to our room. They must be desperate.”

”We stayed two nights at the hotel. Old town and city center near even by walking. Room was clean and spacy. Staff was friendly. It took only about 30 min by car to visit Pacific coast, namely small city Hervey Bay.”

”The hotel was imacculately clean, the owner was so lovely (even after I accidentally broke his flower pots), and the water preasure in the shower was amazing. Definitely a kid friendly place. We were offered toys and games as soon as we arrived. Would definitely stay again next time we come through there.”

”I had a great experience. My dog was happy. And the lady manager at receptipn went out of her way to help me to make my stay comfortable. Furthermore, she was kind, caring and friendly.”

”Worst motel I have ever stayed in. Rude staff. Room was very dirty. Showered leaked out all over the floor. Several louvres missing in the window.”

”Very close to the main road despite being down the further end we still heard sirens and trucks all night. Also noise from guests coming in late at night. The room doesn't have a solid wall only windows so the noise travels. Make sure you have ear plugs, no fans so used white noise on my phone. Bathroom is in need of a refurb. It's rates quite high from Gympie so I'd hate to see the other motels with a lower score. Staff were friendly.”
