The villa features a spacious super king bedroom with an en-suite bathroom and French doors opening directly onto one of the two private patios. There are also three twin bedrooms, each with two single beds, including one with an en-suite bathroom. Two of the twin bedrooms are compact, with one featuring built-in shelving and a counter for storage rather than a conventional wardrobe.



The private kitchen is well equipped with granite worktops and all necessary appliances. Amenities include Wi-Fi suitable for video calls, Smart TV with UK channels and video on demand, washing machine, fans, barbecue, high chair, safe, and self check-in.



Outside, there are two private balconies with panoramic sea views towards Fuerteventura, a covered terrace, outdoor shower, and three separate outdoor areas for dining and relaxing. Private stairs lead directly to a small secluded beach, with a larger beach just 30 seconds away. Dolphins, whales, and seabirds including ospreys can sometimes be spotted from the balconies.



The villa sits just below the lively Avenida de las Playas, with restaurants, bars, shops, and supermarkets within easy walking distance. The Old Harbour and Playa Chica, popular for swimming, diving, and water sports, are also nearby.



On-street parking is available, pets are welcome, and there are 11 easy-access steps to the villa. The alarm system with photo detectors remains inactive unless you choose to activate it. As the villa has a private wastewater system, guests are kindly asked to use toilet paper sparingly.
