”Just returned back home after staying for a week. Have to say after traveling to Lanzarote 6 times in the past 7yrs and staying in different apartments/villas this has to be the best one yet. Communication with Dean was a pleasure nothing was to much trouble. Had a problem with the water on the second day but this was dealt with in no time. The villa was very clean and was in a quiet residential area. Liked the villa so much I have booked it again next year. Would definitely recommend”

Easy access to Tías Centro by taxi 4 euros and Puerto del carmen approx 13 euros. There is a good hyperdino supermarket in Tías centro with a couple of good restaurants and a lovely coffee shop. ”The apartment is very central. Interior looks very new, stylish. Parking might be a headache, as there is in front of the apartment a large Spa/Tennis court that absorbs some visitors by car. I recommend to park the car no later than 9 am to find easily a parking lot.”
