The Space:

This beautiful spacious luxury apartment is full of light overlooking the city of Tiberias and the sea of galilee. The property features:

4 bedrooms and 2.5 bathrooms. A spacious living and dining room.

A large and fully equipped kitchen with all the electronics and essentials for making a delicious meal.

A private garden with heated pool, 4 tanning beds, gas BBQ grill, seating area, and a big table with a windshield.

There is also a balcony with a beautiful view of the old city and sea of galilee.



Guest Access:

You have one private parking space in the parking lot of the building. If you have more than one vehicle, park it on the street, where parking is free.



The Neighborhood:

The Michaelangelo neighborhood is a new neighborhood in Tiberias that was built on the side of a deer forest. After quarrying inside the mountain, a street of approximately 500 meters was developed there, on one side of which 10 amazing buildings with high construction quality were built and on the other side of the street, two-family houses were built.

The street overlooks a panoramic view of the entire Sea of Galilee and the Golan Mountains. In addition, you can find a football and basketball court on the street of playgrounds. A Sfardi synagogue with a minyan for all prayers.



Getting Around:

There is priority for arriving with a car on the street to get around (we have private parking for your car and also plenty of free street parking).

The nearest bus station is 600 meters from the building.

Online Check-In: The check-in process is completed online. After booking your reservation you will receive a message with a link to complete the online check-in. During this process, you will need to review and confirm our accommodation agreement and provide the necessary documents (ID card/passport/tourist forms).



VAT Regulations: In accordance with Israeli tax laws, Israeli citizens and residents are subject to an additional 18% VAT. Guests holding 2B, 3B, or 4B tourist visas, as well as diplomats, are eligible for a VAT exemption upon presenting the required documents.
