I also left an item in the room that had sentimental value to me and when I called to report I left it and where I left they claimed no one seen it. If they cleaned the room properly it is no way they would have missed it. It was a very useful item so I know they would have kept it”
”Check-in was easy and quick. Staff were helpful and accommodating. Our room was basically clean, however the tiled area in the tub/shower had some dirty grout around the soap holder and a few hairs on the tile. The dressing area had a nice mirror with surround lighting but the light blinked off and on after being left on a short while. Our double beds were very clean with plenty of pillows and very comfortable mattresses. We had a desk with an office chair. The fridge wasn’t cold but we didn’t...

Boasts they provide shampoo, wash, soap but there was no bath soap.
People in room above use were horribly loud and sounded like they would come through our ceiling at 11:30pm. Front desk staff was not very helpful. Said they would look into it. Continued for another 45 minutes to an hour.”
