”We reserved a 2 queen bedroom villa, when we arrived the hostess appeared to not care too much about her job and did not offer the champagne, (which I saw on you tube and was excited to enjoy) once we entered our room, it was full of bugs, like abnormally full of bugs. We spent one night, which we didint get queen beds, they well full beds. My wife woke up with bed bug bits,(I’ll upload) photos. Once I complained, the manager was extremely thoughtful and listened, he sent us to another building...
