”We stayed in the Queen Anne room. The cooling is with a portable air conditioner which worked fine to keep the room cool, when it was in the mid 80s outside. I would recommend they install a "split" which might be able to exhaust through attic space if there is not an exterior wall. Also, we experienced waking when a minor air draft would rattle the room's door. We put one of the heavy pillows against the door to keep it from rattling. The location is excellent. ”I didn't realize there wasn't a coffee maker or microwave in the room. I'd definitely prefer some way in-room for heating water for tea or coffee. Otherwise, we loved the modern, compact space for the two of us and thought the hotel was beautiful. It's also very convenient to all the downtown establishments, most withing walking distance. The staff was very friendly and helpful as well. I'm sure we'll book a room here again sometime.”

”The room was large and comfortable with very high ceilings making it seem even bigger. The room was clean and everything worked well. The AC blowing on me was the only negative. The staff was friendly and helpful. There was ample parking as 80 % of the hotel was airline pilots and staff and they had no cars. The location was convenient as well. Great spot to stay in Bentonville.”

”I never do reviews but this placed deserves it, is excellent, clean, neat, calm, staff was amazing, Seth and Georgia were amazing, the breakfast pancakes taste home made and it was no rush breakfast, the space is calm so the energy is super. Loved that the television where internet connected so all your show apps are available. The scent shampoo and all, where so good!”

”The only milk was oat or soy milk, therefore I didn’t eat cereal. The eggs I think were powdered, not much flavor. My son had waffles and they seemed to be okay as well as the sausage. ”
