”Sunday morning they ran out of breakfast by 9am. Many visitors went without, and none of the staff showed any interest re filling. One the guest actually asked, and nothing happened”

”We got there just as everything was opening. The lodge is clean , comfortable and helpful in showing us where the outside camp kitchen was in order to grill steaks. Sleeping was a little challenging as a bus full of teenagers pulled up and basically ran up and down the halls and stairs all night. Kids will be kids. I was just wondering where are the adults. It was kinda rude and inconsiderate”

”We were completely impressed with this hotel. Our room was extremely clean, the hot tub and pool were immaculate and the breakfast was delicious. The staff was friendly and helpful. STAY HERE!”

”The room smelled of smoke and the bathroom was very cramped. The location was perfect, though, and the staff was nice. The breakfast was ok and the rates were reasonable. ”

”The staff was great! Very kind. Breakfast was simple but good. The room was clean, except for the carpet - which is my only critique. Otherwise our stay was great and we would stay here again! It’s very close to Mt. Rushmore. Not really walking distance but close. We stayed there and saw The Badlands, Mt. Rushmore and Wind Cave. It was the perfect location to see all of those sights! ”

”The staff was so nice. Rooms were wonderful. Loved they had a fridge and microwave. Loved the pool and jacuzzi were saltwater so you didn’t have the chlorine smell. We will definitely be back at this hotel next time we visit. ”

”The hotel was in a really good location, couple of minutes walk into the main street of town. Great continental breakfast that was free of charge. Shame the room was a bit tatty and needed a good clean.”

”The hotel was good enough and close to town. The room was a little dark which didn't feel inviting to us, possible just a difference in taste. The room was clean but the beds and comforters were not very comfortable. The breakfast was not worth going to. Over all a good stay but we'll try something else next visit.”

”The cottage was clean and the owner was so nice. The neighborhood was quiet and safe with a very scenic view of the mountains. I recommend it. ”
