The studio comprises 1 bathroom and a separate WC, ensuring practical convenience for all occupants. It is important to note that, instead of an enclosed bedroom, some sleeping areas are located in an open-plan area, specifically in the alcove configuration described above, which accounts for the studio's single bedroom count of 1.
