This home is located in a shallow, quiet cove. Please note in the late summer and fall the water gets shallower and may not be ideal for larger boats.

Nestled along Lake Winnisquam, visitors can enjoy a wide range of waterfront activities, including boating, fishing, kayaking, and swimming in one of New Hampshire’s most scenic lakes. The area is perfect for outdoor lovers, with nearby hiking trails at Ahern State Park and Mount Major, offering breathtaking views of the Lakes Region. In the summer season don't miss a concert at the Bank of NH Pavilion in Gilford, NH. In the winter, adventure seekers can head to Gunstock Mountain Resort for skiing, snowboarding, and tubing.
