”Great location My bill is still not being handled properly I’ve been charged for my incidentals on two cards and still not refunded I was charged two amounts and not sure why,or for what , they said they would reimburse me but I’m still waiting”

”There was nothing in the kitchen drawers. I didn’t want to cook anyway. The breakfast said that there would be fresh fruit and there was none. I was there for two days. Very nice location very nice room. Forge Garage restaurant was right next-door in the same parking lot. That was a big Plus.”

”Nice property, great room, could use some in room coffee, cold a/c, hard to get into the parking lot, all in all recommend. McDonald’s, and outback in the parking lot 👍”

”Needed more breakfast selection. The first room had a very bad smell like a dog. Give another room a/c and phone did not work. ”

”Great location for restaurants and river trail. Very well stocked so it is an easy and comfortable stay.”

”Right in the heart of historic downtown Sanford. Short walk to Lake Monroe and all of the local amenities. Check in was a breeze and the room was tastefully designed and color coordinated very well. The ceilings are high and the ceiling tiles are very unique. There are artistic touches in the entire unit which makes it quite cozy and fun.”

”Breakfast was solid and for the price it’s tough to beat. ”

”Overall, it was clean. Bedrooms, bathroom, and kitchen were fine. There was a small puddle on floor in one of the rooms. A windowsill in the common area had a dead mosquito. Front porch furniture wasn’t clean. Didn’t meet a staff member until ready to leave. Extra supplies were provided upon request. ”

”Did not get to use the pool or enjoy complimentary breakfast, but impressed with my room and the staff.”

”While it was nice to have a full kitchen and a clean and comfortable bed, the cabinets and/or the carpet had a strong smell that is in my clothes after getting back home (musty, woody?? I don’t know). The bathroom really needed updating, the shower and tub faucet leaked, there were some areas lacking grout or caulk that had turned black. It was ok considering the price. ”
