”The first night we were here there was no hot water. Had to wait until morning.
The couch has cushions with frayed material.
The bed has a bad spring on one side so it makes a noise getting in or out.
Seems like they really need to start replacing furniture.”

”This was a lovely place, our son and daughter in law got married at the near by River Bottom Ranch. There is some construction going on in the area but the front desk staff made us comfortable and honestly we were hardly in our room. The property had everything you needed on-site food, coffee shop, pool and amenities. I will be back and need to visit the spa!”

”I really enjoyed staying here. I had friends at a VRBO literally 2 houses down from the Plaza....but I much preferred my accomodations. The property was a little dated. When I would use the stairs to go, you could feel the boards moving under the carpet. The location was really centralized within walking distance of several nice restaurants. The staff was very knowledgeable and helpful!”

”The Chateau is a lovely place to experience the beauty of Deer Valley without having to sell a kidney on the internet to afford it.
The European lodge atmosphere extends from the main lobby into all of the amenities and rooms. The complimentary breakfast buffet is the best we've had anywhere. The on-site amenities that we personally enjoy are the saltwater pool and the three different hot tubs. There are often lawn games on the grass (like cornhole) during the summer months, and several...
