”Weird stains on the floors, what looks like mold in corners of the room and beds that are broken (made a loud popping sound when you sit down and springs in our backs all night). Two types of cereal and some yogurts or plain bread for toast is pretty thin for a "breakfast".”

”Very cute hotel, the room was very clean and spacious. The staff was courteous and kind. No problems with parking, since there is a parking garage right next to the hotel, but we decided to use the valet parking. We will definitely stay here again!”

”It is a new hotel so it was exceptionally clean and comfortable. The staff was friendly and knowledgeable. The breakfast was very good, a nice full hot breakfast with lots of choices, however I would have liked more fresh fruit as the only had apples and oranges. But everything else was very enjoyable.”

”What a beautiful historical home, meticulously restored and furnished. Excellent location, safe neighborhood, easy access to restaurants. Nice bath sheets and linens including bathrobes. Lovely. We were on the third floor in room 7-Norma. If you can’t climb stairs, be sure to get a room on a lower floor. The only suggestion I have is to extend breakfast hours. Breakfast is served from 8-9. ”Nice and clean room, little dated”

”Terrific place for short term stay. Room was too small for a four day stay. Only one chair could fit into the room; I had to spend my time in the bed. But small price to pay for a well kept room. Close to everything we needed.”

”When we arrived we found out that the wheelchair accessible room that we reserved was not available. The room that we ended up in was 99° when we entered it. Someone had turned on the heater to it's highest setting when they left and housekeeping never corrected it. It took 11 hours to cool it down enough to sleep.”

”Easy check in; the room was lovely-clean, modern, comfy bed and pillows and as quiet as you could hope for. Lots of parking, close to shopping. Breakfast was awesome; ice cold ac which was much appreciated given my room was on the sunny side of the building and the weather in Lincoln HOT-really HOT!! Only glaring NEGATIVE was the bed sheets -they had pilling allover-such an annoying problem for a relatively expensive room rate.... Sleep in-you can and should be better than this!- spend some...

”Toilet wouldn’t stop running all night. Kept randomly flushing. Got clogged each time it was used. Room smelled weird. Like someone had smoked in it and it was poorly cleaned afterwards. Front staff made it clear at check-in, “We are full tonight but if you must call me tonight, I will do what I can!” Not a good look. Thoroughly unimpressed. Won’t return. Would advise others to avoid this place.”

”The property was clean, but the second floor had a musty smell in the hallway, especially by the elevators. They did a good job of maintaining an old building. The air conditioner in the room worked, but not as well as it should have. It was humid throughout our stay. We appreciated the skywalk from the parking garage to the hotel! The breakfast had many options. One morning they ran out of coffee for awhile, although management was quick to respond to the situation.”
