”Excellent location, a beautiful setting with great amenities and access to everything Incline Village and Lake Tahoe has to offer. To pick one fault however, it was the cleanliness and upkeep of the rooms and properties. Upon arrival, we found food crumbs and popcorn on the bedroom floor. ”My husband and I stayed here for our honeymoon and it was wonderful! The hot tub was very relaxing and we were steps from the beach. The staff was very helpful and upgraded our room. The room was a bit hot from no AC, but the staff gave us a fan to use. The resort is very rustic and cozy!”

”We can’t say enough about this beautifully redone hotel. It’s comfortable, luxurious and has everything you need. The staff is great - friendly, helpful, talkative as much as you want. It feels like family and you can’t help but feel comfortable. As you get cozy you start to realize all the details and attention given to make it perfect.”
