Timboon is a vibrant town offering all essential services and a range of delightful experiences. The town features a Shell service station with 24-hour fuel, a well-stocked IGA with an attached bottle shop, a chemist, and several charming cafes perfect for lunch or coffee.

Notably, Timboon is renowned for its local products, including Timboon Whiskey and Timboon Ice Cream, as well as a delightful confectionery store. During warmer months, visitors can explore the local strawberry farm for pick-your-own berries and enjoy the offerings at their Thai restaurant.

Additionally, Shultz Cheese Factory, a short drive from the villa, provides an excellent opportunity for tastings, lunch, or a relaxing time in their gardens.

Timboon is also ideally located for exploring the wonders of the Great Ocean Road.
