The exclusive holiday apartment "Pier 4" consists of two separate units with a total of four bedrooms, three bathrooms, two kitchens, a fitness room, and a sauna. The property is located near the beach between Timmendorfer Strand and Niendorf. The large, fenced garden borders the B76 (Bäderrandstraße), and directly behind it lies a nature reserve, perfect for walking and cycling.

On the ground floor of the stylishly furnished apartment, you'll find a modern designer kitchen with all appliances, a spacious living area with TV and Wi-Fi, and a cozy dining area in the conservatory. The adjacent sun terrace is furnished with comfortable lounge furniture. The private, fenced garden is available for our guests' exclusive use. A spacious bedroom and a modern shower room are also located on this level.

The lower level features another bedroom with a TV, a modern shower room, a sauna, a fitness room with exercise equipment and a TV, and a washing machine and dryer in a separate room.

Upstairs, there are two further bedrooms, each with two beds. Double beds and a TV, a bathroom with a bathtub, and a separate kitchen. The upper floor is a self-contained unit, meaning it is not directly connected to the ground floor living area but is accessible via a shared staircase with the Pier 3 holiday apartment.

Parking spaces are available on the property. The property borders Bäderrandstraße (B76).
