The Baltic Sea, sandy beach, promenade, and Niendorf harbor are approximately **650 m away** and easily accessible on foot. There you will find restaurants, cafés, fish sandwiches, a bakery, bicycle rentals, and an adventure playground.

The house features a spacious, **fenced southwest-facing garden** offering plenty of privacy, a partially covered terrace, sun loungers, garden furniture, and an electric awning. An **infrared sauna in a separate sauna house** provides relaxation. Wi-Fi, a Bluetooth radio, electric exterior blinds, and insect screens are also provided.

The property consists of **two adjacent units with separate entrances**. The main unit, approximately 75 m², accommodates up to **5 people** and includes a living area with garden views, a fully equipped kitchen including a washing machine, three bedrooms (one single bed, two double beds), and a bathroom.
