The miles-long sandy beach and the promenade are just steps away. The town center, with its diverse restaurants and interesting shops, is easily reached in 8-10 minutes on foot via the promenade.

Floor-to-ceiling windows ensure bright rooms, and the tasteful furnishings in warm colors create a pleasant living atmosphere. The covered, extra-large sun terrace, which extends across the entire width of the apartment and is furnished with high-quality garden furniture and sun loungers, makes this apartment truly special. The adjacent lawn can also be used. In the living area, you will find a high-quality sofa bed, TV, radio, and Wi-Fi, as well as a desk for handling important correspondence. The integrated dining area is furnished for three people, and the open-plan fitted kitchen is fully equipped with an oven, microwave, and dishwasher.
