The individual house to dream about near the Baltic Sea

Are you longing for the sea and in need of a break? Then my cozy 75 m² getaway is just the thing for you. Four to six guests of all ages can make themselves at home in this unique, maritime-style house in Niendorf on the Baltic Sea. Three bedrooms, a large living-dining room with a sunroom, a fully equipped kitchen, a large terrace, and a spacious garden await friendly guests. The vacation home is particularly well-suited for families with children. It’s important to me that a vacation by the sea remains affordable for parents and children even during peak travel seasons, which is why my rates remain the same all year round. When booking during peak vacation season, I give priority to families with children. Please keep this in mind when booking. At other times of the year, I’m of course happy to welcome all other guests as well. Thank you for your understanding.
The Aue vacation home area is quiet—you can really only hear the exotic bird calls from the nearby bird park. The ocean isn’t far away.
