”Room was like an oven it was so hot the ac was not on and there is just a small unit in the room which we turned on but it took HOURS to cool down. Apart from that the breakfast was ok and the rooms were clean.”

”Had to stay in Carthage for an extra night so decided to stay at Best western to give it a try. We got to the room really late and at 8 months pregnant all I wanted was to take a shower and sleep. I had to leave my stuff in the car, so I hop in the shower just to find my self wet and there was no shampoo no body wash no conditioner. Nothing. Had to come out to the room to call front desk and their phone didn’t even work. I called them from my personal phone and had to wait soaking wet until they...

”Could not get the TV to work, even after they came to help. Was not able to watch TV the 4 days we were there.”

”Loved staying by the second pool. The main pool was always too busy.”

”Overall, a good experience. I had reserved a room with two twin beds but the hotel didn't have them available when we arrived the first night of our reservation. The hotel put us in a room with a king size bed with a couch with a pull out bed. The pull out bed mattress was weathered and had some dark stains on it to the point, the person who would have slept on it, chose to make other arrangements. ”Breakfast was terrible. It tasted bad and there were few options. For some reason our room did not get cleaned. There were cracks in the window, sinks, and walls. Thank God there were no bugs. The staff is very friendly, but the facility has diminished.”

”Nikki was outstanding! We had a large group with 5 rooms and she made sure we were all on the same floor and happy with our rooms. She was very friendly and personable. We enjoyed her upbeat personality and her eagerness to make sure we were happy with our stay.”

”When arriving at the hotel, it was obvious that the state and condition of the hotel was not like the pictures online represented. It is rundown and alittle sketchy looking from the outside. After we checked in we entered our room to be greeted by a dead roach in the bathroom. We booked using a 3rd party service. Apparently the staff doesn’t know how to handle 3rd party bookings because the front desk personnel then came beating on our door and made false accusations that we provided...

”Friendly check in.”

”The room was good sized and clean. I was able to check in earlier than scheduled. The refrigerator and microwave worked. It did not have a port to charge my phone so had to buy an adapter, which was no big deal. It is close to Walmart, fast food places and come night time, the main road is quiet.”
