”We didn’t have a chance to really investigate the hotel completely or take advantage as much as we would’ve liked to have as we were just there one evening. But what a great place the staff at the desk was wonderful, welcoming, and friendly.
Our room was great, spacious and clean
We actually didn’t end up using the shower, but it was gorgeous. The breakfast coming in the shoebox was a lot of fun.”

”The room wasn't even cleaned while we were their, it only gets done every third day unless you ask. Mold in the bathroom, no shampoos in the dispenser, three adults in our room and only one bar a soap. Now keep in mind the room was supposed to have been cleaned before we were allowed in and IF we asked things were supplied. I paid for an upscale size room and I know that wasn't and I don't even think they have larger rooms. You couldn't pass each other in the room. It smelled clean...

My only complaint was that the printer was down during our stay and I was unable to get a receipt for the dog deposit. Now I’m out $75 as I can’t get a reimbursement without a receipt.

”What a fantastic 5-day stay at this property! Everything was very clean, comfortable, and quiet. In addition, the staff was incredibly friendly and helpful. In fact, I would say that, overall, the staff was the best we have ever experienced at a hotel.
We especially appreciated Ms. Teresa, who tended to the buffet breakfast each morning. She was so sweet, always greeted us warmly, and genuinely seemed to care about how our morning was going. She really helped make our mornings enjoyable.
