Villa Barbarella welcomes you with anairy open concept space, featuring a cozy living room, dining room, and a big fully equipped kitchen. You will also find a small bathroom with a shower, basin, and toilet on the same level of the house. Additionally, there is a pantry, laundry room, and separate guest toilet.
The upper floor of the villa is where the three spacious bedrooms with their en suites are situated. Each bedroom is air conditioned and features a king-sized bed, while one bedroom has an additional bed. The bathrooms are generous in size and well equipped, with all of them offering a double sink, shower, bathtub, a toilet, and bidet.
The outside of the building is also rich in facilities. You will benefit from a roofed outdoor dining area, a lounge area, a beautiful rounded swimming pool with sun loungers and a relaxing, neatly trimmed garden surrounding the house and terrace. Additionally, there is a summer kitchen for barbecues as well as a convenient outdoor bathroom. Last but not least, this completely fenced property has two roofed parking spots with electrical car charging stations left at your disposal.
