Just as you enter the villa you are welcomed to the most important area of the house where you will be spending a big chunk of your time.

On the right, you will find a fully equipped kitchen with everything you may need to show your cooking skills.

On your left, there is a living room with a beautiful futuristic oversized window making you feel like you are merged with the outside world while enjoying your favorite Netflix movies and shows in a crisp 4K resolution delivered on a huge 65-inch display.

The center of the room is taken by a hardwood dining table connecting the kitchen and living room thus completing the cohesiveness of an area that is controlled by a dimmable lighting system allowing you the adjust the brightness of the room to your liking.

For those who can't resist those late-night snacks, there is one en-suite bedroom on the ground floor just a few steps from the kitchen, making it easy to steal food from your friends and family during the night :)

Going down the stairs to the “basement” floor, you will find another bedroom with its own bathroom.

As you walk upstairs to the top floor, you are familiarized with 2 MASTER en-suite bedrooms sharing a delightful balcony where you can read some books, chill with a few drinks or just enjoy the warm rays of the sun.

Two bedrooms are work-ready offering a desk and WiFi connection with a speed of up to 40 Mbps download and 7 Mbps upload.
They also have a dedicated satellite TV and a modernized french balcony giving the bedrooms a whole new dimension.

At the time you wake up in the morning and go downstairs, you have 2 options to start your day. Go to the kitchen and make yourself a coffe/tea, or go forward through the balcony doors and jump straight into a swimming pool. The choice is yours!

After the daylight fades away and summer night takes the spotlight, the whole property is complemented by night lights all over the place, from the ambient balcony lights to the pool light resulting in a calm and moody atmosphere to be in. Not to forget that the house has a lot of glass windows and doors adding another layer to the whole night experience making everything pop a bit more. Mix that with an outdoor dining area overlooking the pool and you have a perfect formula for ideal summer evenings.
