Welcome to our designer villa, a stunning stone house that perfectly combines modern comfort with rustic charm. With 180 m² of living space and a 30 m² private swimming pool, this villa is ideal for families or groups of up to 10 guests seeking a relaxing holiday.

The villa features four comfortable bedrooms, three of which have en-suite bathrooms, as well as a dedicated office with a monitor for those who need to work during their stay. Spread across two floors, the ground floor offers a spacious, air-conditioned open-plan living area with a fully equipped kitchen and a large sofa that converts into a bed for two guests. Entertainment includes a 70-inch 4K Smart TV with free Netflix and Prime Video access.

A separate dining room with large glass windows, air conditioning, and its own TV provides a bright and comfortable space for meals. Upstairs, three stylish bedrooms with high ceilings offer Smart TVs, air conditioning, and ample storage, while the largest bedroom features a 180 cm bed and a private bathroom.

The fully fenced property ensures privacy and safety for children and pets. The outdoor area is centered around a beautiful 30 m² pool surrounded by sun loungers, parasols, seating areas, and a covered dining space with a pergola. Guests can also enjoy an electric grill and a relaxing hanging swing.
