The first floor has an open floor plan with a carefully furnished living room, dining room and fully equipped kitchen. The wood-burning fireplace in the living room adds an extra dose of coziness and romance. A bedroom with its own bathroom and a separate toilet are also located on the first floor. A special feature of the first floor is the direct access from all rooms to the covered outdoor terrace, the perfect place for morning coffee. On the upper floor, with far-reaching views of the greenery, there are two further spacious bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms.

To ensure additional privacy, the villa is fully fenced and has a spacious lawn area ideal for children's games. Swings, a slide and a trampoline are available for the little ones for additional hours of play.
