”This hotel is in renovation at the moment, January ‘26. They have come from interesting beginnings to being a safe, reliable, respected, location in Hyannis. This is my go to hotel for clean, comfortable, newly renovated, and great priced hotel. Keep up the great work!! It’s looking great!”

”The room was spacious and lovely. The room was extremely clean. The staff was friendly. The breakfast had a lovely variety including healthy options. The woman who was serving breakfast was friendly and helpful. The grounds were pretty. Our only disappointment was the noise from several trucks nearby (it sounded like the parking lot and behind us) that sounded like they were unloading things extremely early (around 4 am).”

”We rented the Mermaid house for a long weekend and loved the view!! Our semi private beach (shared with the other rental) was perfect. The owners dog was the star of the show! He is the cutest guy and got along with the two pups we had in our group. Great communication with Joycelyn and would recommend anyone to stay there. ”
