âAmazing service and beautiful grounds, but rooms need an update.
The hotel environment is absolutely stunning, and the atmosphere is so relaxing. I also loved how functional and convenient the room amenities wereâeverything we needed was right there.
However, I did notice that the facilities are getting a bit dated. If the hotel could invest in some modern upgrades, it would be a 10/10 experience!

âWhen we arrived, there was dog pee on the floor, dog hair everywhere. Wasnât clean, bathroom sink was dripping while using the toilet the leaking sink would splash you in the face. Black mold in the bathroom, our guests couldnât even fit in the shower. No towels ready, activities werenât working, flat tires, no batteries, outside fire pit/seating area was unusable. Completely disappointed, we were told absolutely no refunds. We stayed two nights and had to leave early. We had two small children...

âStaff was great. Very Quiet. Comfortable bed.
It was tough to get to our unit - lots of stairs and far from the parking lot. The two chairs in the room were awful - uncomfortable and hard to get out of. No tea or coffee pot in the room. Shower had a half door - water leaked onto the floor.â

âStaff were lovely upon check in! Parking super easy! Location amazing for ferry proximity! Room cleanliness? Well⊠it definitely hadnât been swept in days. Also used wash cloth found on bathroom floor and stains on sink vanity.â
