This bright apartment is ideal for families or small groups who want to spend time together and enjoy nature.

Lake Titisee, restaurants, and the train station are all within easy walking distance—perfect for your Black Forest vacation.

The large sun terrace is perfect for outdoor breakfast, relaxing in the sun, or a cozy evening.

For stays of at least 2 nights, you’ll receive the Upper Black Forest Card.

The Accommodation
The apartment offers plenty of space and a pleasant atmosphere—ideal for relaxing days with family or friends.

The spacious living area is the apartment’s central gathering spot: this is where you can eat, play, or relax together.

The accommodation features:

1 bedroom with a double bed (1.80 m × 2.00 m)
1 bedroom with two single beds (each 90 cm × 2.00 m)
1 sleeper sofa in the living area (1.60 m × 2.00 m)

This comfortably accommodates up to 5–6 guests.

The open and fully equipped kitchen offers everything you need for your stay—ideal for sharing meals.

The modern bathroom is equipped with a walk-in shower.
Towels, shower gel, and shampoo are, of course, provided for your use.

Guest Access
A shared laundry area is available to our guests in the basement, where the washer and dryer can be used free of charge.

Within the booked apartment, guests have unrestricted access to the entire living area.

The outdoor area is also available for use—however, we ask for mutual consideration and respect for the privacy of all guests

Additional Important Information
We provide the Hochschwarzwald Card!
With the Hochschwarzwald Card, you can experience around 100 attractions once each for free. These include museums, amusement parks, mini-golf, and a boat ride on Lake Titisee. You can purchase ski tickets for the Feldbergbahnen and the Badeparadies Schwarzwald at a discounted price. You’ll receive the Hochschwarzwald Card from us free of charge starting with your second night’s stay.


The underground parking garage has a maximum clearance height of 1.90 m and is quite narrow due to the building’s structure.

Parking:
We recommend using smaller vehicles, as larger or longer cars in particular may have difficulty entering and maneuvering.

Alternatively, there are ample outdoor parking spaces available around the building.

House Rules:
Please also observe the house rules and quiet hours to ensure a pleasant stay for all guests.

Linens:
We provide high-quality hotel linens, which are already included in the price.

Trash:
Please sort your trash according to local guidelines and dispose of it in the designated bins in the underground parking garage after your stay.

Infants:
A crib and a high chair are available in the apartment.

Pets:
One pet is allowed upon request. We charge a fee of 12 € per night for this.
