Der Parkplatz ist in der Nähe und bietet den Startpunkt für viele Ausflüge im Chiemgau. Im Winter ist die Rodelbahn auf dem Toten Mann (Hirscheckbahn) zu empfehlen mit anschließender Wanderung zurück zum Parkplatz ein toller Tagesausflug.”
