Sunny apartment with sea view, city center

This beautiful living space is located in a newly constructed building in Kalimanj, close to the main road, yet still retains its tranquility. It is about 2 km from Tivat Airport and about 5 minutes from the city center and Porto Montenegro. There are several beaches along the coast within walking distance, as well as beautiful beaches in neighboring towns (such as Budva, Kotor, etc.). Specific suggestions can be made upon request.
Housing
The apartment is completely bathed in bright light, and its interior also embraces this light, slightly translucent atmosphere. Everything is extremely comfortable, and the space has a very warm feel. There are three bedrooms, two with a queen-size bed (new mattresses and fresh linens) each, and one with three twin beds (again, new mattresses and fresh linens), which guarantee a good night's sleep. Additionally, there is a brand-new sofa bed in the living room that provides two more sleeping spaces (fresh linens are also provided here). The living room itself is very inviting and promises a relaxing time if that's what you're looking for, and there's a TV for when you just want to relax at home after a long day at the beach.
We know how important it is to have access to clean, fully equipped bathrooms, so you'll find that both of our bathrooms have new, clean fixtures and towels.
If you enjoy spending time indoors with friends/family during summer storms or just enjoy a night in cooking, there is a fully equipped kitchen and dining area with more than enough cutlery, plates, glasses, etc.
And finally, don't worry about missing anything from home, as you will have all the appliances and storage space, including iron, washing machine, etc.
