”The host is great person, properly is well designed, properly is in great location (close to parks, variety of restaurants around, etc.), second building from an intercession with a lot of traffic which creates a lot of noise all day and part of the night, also at about 3:00 am clean up go through the street pulling containers on metal wheels creating a lot of noise and the parking lot is about 30 meters from the apartment which is open from 8:00 am till 7:00 pm which is a disadvantage for me!”

”Our stay at this property was great. Olga answered all of our concerns in a rapid manner. She provided us with a new container of water, towels and kitchen items. My favorite part was being right next to Escaleras Fortín which are uphill stairs great to exercise morning / evening along with the Cerro Fortín which is excellent if you are ready for an elevated walk. The apt. has everything you need. I will definitely stay again on my next trip to Oaxaca.”

”The property was clean and well spaced out. The location was not too far out from the city center. The host is not the best at communicating. I had to reach out to him for the check in instructions 2 hours before check in because he didn’t send me anything. He would also take a while to get back to me when I would ask him questions related to the property. ”

”This is a very quiet place in a noisy city. It is safe an clean with a well stocked kitchen adequate for breakfast, lunch and snacks. The is a washing machine and dryer if needed. This is a much better option than a hotel I my opinion. Additionally they were very helpful in getting us a taxi to the airport at 4:00 for our return trip home. I would stay here again if I returned to Oaxaca.”

”The apartment itself is terrific, nicest place I've stayed in Latin America. Roomy rooms, clean functional bathrooms and kitchen. ”This place should be three stars but I gave it four because of how wonderful the host was and the general cleanliness. There were ants and other bugs as can be expected in many places. Centro was a long walk or short taxi ride anway. Over all very clean minus the smaller additional inhabitants. Plenty of room and in general a great spot.”
