”Loved the M Lounge. Worth it for the availability of snacks and drinks. Great coffee machine that makes espresso and lattes, etc. Nice gym, friendly staff, and a comfortable lobby with soft lighting and several fireplaces.”

”Toilet seat was very loose Sofa was facing the bed and TV was on side wall couldn’t view from bed and had to move sofa to watch. No tv guide for channels. Rebuilding rooms snd blame was on construction crew and Xfinity. Room wasn’t cleaned, trash not picked up no clean towels. We were told the next day you have to request a clean room, and towels a day in advance. We weren’t told till the next day. Not a Hilton standard of hotel.”

”I’ve stayed at Moxy before in Brussels and loved it! This one was convenient to the Greater Richmond Conference Center. Loved my room here too!”

”The Hotel was fine. The check in was somewhat difficult in that the car is actually on a busy street and getting the luggage from the car to the hotel was difficult.”

”Everything was excellent but why ask a traveler if they need anything and not supply or do your best to accommodate them. Reservations made last year...asked for front view and a microwave....received neither nor a call about microwave. Don't ask if not going to answer request”

”Everything was excellent. Breakfast was varied and fresh. Social hour on Wed with complimentary wine and appetizers was a pleasant addition to our stay. Very clean room and quiet parking is easily accessible but $25 a night. Would stay here again. It’s downtown”

”Jeffrey was the best host. This is a beautiful property which is obviously lovingly maintained. The building is so pretty and has multiple sitting areas outside of your room (which was also great). I have dietary restrictions and Jeffrey and others made sure to have snacks for me to enjoy during the wonderful nightly happy hours and delicious options for breakfast. This area was also fun to explore and Jeffrey gave us very good pointers on where to go.”

”We only stay over night between flights. We were extremely impressed by the staff. Every encounter was friendly, polite, helpful, and welcoming. Both shuttle drivers were beyond pleasant. Desk staff smiled, had pleasant personalities, and were extremely helpful. The restrooms (in room & in lobby) were clean and stocked. Housekeeping held open elevator doors while wishing us a pleasant evening. The room was clean, neat and stocked. All employees treated these two weary, tired and frazzled...

”By far 1 of the cleanest hotels I’ve been to in a minute. Each glass and dish was wiped down to perfection. Called the front desk 1 time for more sheets and they were there in 30 seconds. I said well d***! lol. Great service. Just let people know that parking is additional instead of just charging cards.”
