A 6-bedroom, 3-bathroom modern villa where every room has its own theme, inspired by the natural world. Created over two years of thoughtful renovation and design, every detail was crafted to surprise you, warm you, and feel unlike anywhere else you`ve stayed.

The Greenhouse Oasis
Step into a two-story greenhouse pool room filled with tropical plants, warm lighting, and a private heated pool with a sunken lounge beside the water. Open Memorial Day through September.

The Rooftop Garden
On the 2nd story, you`ll find a rooftop event deck above the pool room designed for group dinners, celebrations, and relaxing treetop views.. Designed as a summer event space for gatherings, celebrations, and group dinners for up to 24 guests. The Rooftop Garden is open for use Memorial Day through September.

A Hot Spring Escape
Follow the deck path to a 10-foot modern farmhouse pergola sheltering a glowing 7-person hot tub surrounded by a lush garden setting. Get ready barefoot on the soft straw carpet and then sink into the warm water as music plays through the outdoor Bluetooth speakers. As night falls, fairy lights flicker on and the whole space transforms.

The Underground Club
Hidden away in the back of the home, the Underground Club is your private movie theater by day and nightclub by night. Enjoy a 100` 4K projector, immersive surround sound, and popcorn, snow cone, and cotton candy machines. When the mood shifts, connect your music via Bluetooth, adjust the lighting, clear the floor, and bring Club Vincente to life.

Fun for Families and Adults
We`ve stocked the home with activities for all ages. Enjoy classic table games like foosball, pool, and air hockey. Go at it in the arcade zone with a 2-player gun game and 4-player basketball. Slow things down with board games for all ages, including adult-only options, or keep the fun going with life-size Jenga and checkers.

The Backyard Haven
You come to the Poconos to enjoy the outdoors, and this villa makes it easy and comfortable. Spend the day moving between the private pool, the yard, and the surrounding outdoor spaces, or step down onto the grass for games like badminton, pickleball, and cornhole. As the evening cools, gather around the wood-burning fire pit, roast marshmallows, and share stories under the stars.

Your Private Spa Escape
The master bathroom is lined with soft LED lighting in the niches, ceiling, and mirrors. A towel warmer stands ready beside the soaking tub. Aromatherapy bubble bath and complimentary robes are waiting for you.

Villa Vincente is a smart home with dimmable lighting and voice-activated scenes. Ambient lighting, show lights, and subtle nightlights activate at just the right times. Getting Around
Villa Vincente is located in a gated lakefront community in the Pocono Mountains, about 2 hours from New York City and 90 minutes from Philadelphia. Most guests drive and the driveway fits up to 6 large vehicles or 8 smaller vehicles. The nearest gas station and grocery store are about 15 minutes away.

Rideshare services (Uber and Lyft) are available in the area but wait times can be longer than in the city. We recommend having a car for the duration of your stay.

Pocono Mountains Municipal Airport is 15 minutes away. Wilkes-Barre Scranton International Airport is 47 minutes. Newark International Airport is about 1 hour 43 minutes.

You`ll have the entire home to yourself, along with access to the community amenities available to registered guests.

Guest Registration
Guests are required to provide the total number of overnight guests, including any changes, as well as any daytime visitors. The maximum number of daytime guests is 21.
Pets may be approved on a case-by-case basis and require an additional cleaning fee and/or security deposit.

Vehicle Registration
Villa Vincente is located within a gated community where all vehicles are registered for the safety and privacy of every guest. We`ll walk you through the quick registration form and submit it on your behalf. The process takes about one minute.
The driveway can accommodate up to 6 large vehicles or 8 smaller vehicles. Street parking isn`t available in the community, so all vehicles should use the driveway.

Community Pools
You`ll have access to 3 community pools within the gated community. Access requires a $12 wristband per person, which includes use of pools, beaches, kayak and paddle boat rentals, mini golf, cornhole, and bocce. Clubhouses are also available to rent for events. Pools are open Memorial Day Weekend through mid-September.

E Club Pool (4 min drive):
Open 7 days a week. Busiest pool. Multi-generational pool, 6` to 4`6` deep. Has a baby pool, ramp access, and ADA lift. Nearby: cafeteria (burgers, fries, milkshakes), beach with swim area, kayaks and paddle boats, 9-hole mini golf, tennis courts, basketball courts, cornhole, ping pong, playgrounds.

H Club Pool (4 min drive):
Open Wednesday to Sunday. Quieter pool. Adult pool, 8` deep. Nearby: charcoal grills, playground, basketball court.

K Club Pool (14 min drive):
Open 7 days a week. Multi-generational pool, 6` to 4`6` deep. Has a large splash house (no baby pool), ramp access, and ADA lift. Nearby: beach for kayaking only (no swim area), 9-hole mini golf, tennis courts, basketball courts, cornhole, ping pong, playgrounds, cafeteria.

Layout Note
The 6th bedroom is a converted master closet designed as a conversation pit. It and the master bathroom are accessed through the master bedroom.

● The Greenhouse Oasis pool and Rooftop Garden event space are available from the end of March to the start of November, weather permitting. Opening and closing dates are determined by snow and freezing temperatures.
● Our complimentary breakfast is stocked to serve your entire group for one morning and includes Belgian waffle and pancake mix, syrups, two dozen eggs, fresh fruit, and a wide selection of coffee, espresso, and teas (for reservations above 3 nights)
● Additional complimentary treats include cotton candy sugars, snow cone syrups, and funnel cake mix
● Popcorn kernels and flavorings are available locally at Walmart for the popcorn machine
● The kitchen is fully stocked with cooking utensils and appliances, including an espresso machine and waffle maker
● We provide fresh towels, bed linens, comforters, and essential toiletries, including feminine hygiene products
● The firewood for the fire pit is stocked in the backyard. The firewood inside the home is decorative

How to Book
● All bookings are reviewed and approved on a case-by-case basis. After booking, guests must complete a short questionnaire and agree to the house rules
● Early check-in and late check-out may be available for an additional fee depending on timing
● A security deposit is required for every booking and is collected through vrbo to help ensure the home remains in excellent condition for future guests
