Guest access
Following your booking, the host will send an online link to a tenant registration form that is mandated by our Homeowners Association. The form be completed and submitted a week ahead of your arrival. (For last-minute bookings, you'll receive the form upon confirmation and should return it promptly.) The host reserves the right to cancel reservations within 24 hours of the travel date if this requirement is not met, and no refunds will be provided.

At check-in guests will go to welcome center and provide registration and license for gated community access. Each driver must have a valid driver’s license and car registration- you need the actual registration, not a picture to get access into the community.

Our property is equipped with keyless access locks and security systems for your convenience and safety. Unique access code will be provided the day of your stay. The unique code will activate at your check-in day and time.

Please note that our home is equipped with Ring security cameras located outside the premises to ensure the safety and security of our guests and the property.

Pet Policy
We happily welcome pets on our property with a fee of $100 per pet. We kindly ask that you responsibly clean up after your furry companions, ensure they avoid furniture and beds, and keep them leashed when outdoors. These guidelines enable us to maintain our pet-friendly environment.

Refund Policy
Please be aware that we do not offer refunds due to weather, park closures, travel itinerary changes, or unmet expectations. Rent refunds for shortened stays resulting from family emergencies or changes in the number of guests attending are not provided. Unfortunately, power outages and disruptions in internet service beyond our control fall outside our refund policy. To ensure clarity, read our listing's description and inquire with your hosts about any specific expectations before booking. Familiarize yourself with our cancellation policy prior to confirming your reservation. If you have selected a non-refundable booking promotion, consider obtaining your own travel insurance or relying on VRBO insurance.
