With 3 bedrooms, you have your choice on either floor! On the bottom level is one bedroom equipped with a queen bed and next-door access to a full bathroom. Upstairs, you'll find two additional bedrooms with queen beds and hallway access to a shared bathroom.

On each floor, you will always have access to a bathroom, making this home an ideal choice for those with limited mobility. Both are full bathrooms and include tub & shower combos.

This home has a fully stocked kitchen with everything you need to cook meals! and enjoy time together. The open floorplan makes this a great home for groups, with the dining table, which comfortably seats 8 right next to the kitchen. A coffee station with K-cups is provided as well.

Right next to the dining room, you'll find the living room. Equipped with comfortable seating and a large smart TV. You'll be sure to enjoy time together relaxing or playing some of the board games you'll find around the house. Please note that the fireplace is not available for use due to insurance and safety reasons.



On the top floor, you'll find the game loft, with an arcade and foosball table!

For those who love furry companions, our neighborhood boasts a fantastic fenced dog park where your four-legged friends can frolic and make new pals. Sports enthusiasts will find themselves in paradise with access to a baseball field, tennis courts, and basketball courts – perfect for family tournaments.



And let's not forget the little ones! Our community features a delightful playground where children can burn off energy and create unforgettable memories.



Venture a bit further into the neighborhood, and you'll discover even more excitement. During the summer months, amenity passes can be purchased for $12 per person, per day and guests can enjoy four additional swimming pools, ensuring there's always a place to cool off. Sunbathe on the sandy shores of our swimming beach, try your hand at a round of miniature golf, or embark on a leisurely paddle boat adventure. The options are endless, and the fun never stops!



After you book, you'll be required to complete a short-term rental registration form provided by the HOA after booking. This form must be completed 72 hours prior to arrival, or a $75 late registration processing fee is charged. If you have not completed the form 24 hours prior to check-in, your reservation will be canceled, and no refund will be provided.



This community houses a mixture of vacation homes and permanent residents, so we ask that you are mindful of the neighbors and respect the quiet hours, which are from 10 pm to 8 am.



Getting Around:

We've got your convenience covered from the moment you check-in. On the day of your arrival, you'll receive a gate pass that opens the door to every section of our welcoming HOA community. Whether you wish to explore different parts of the neighborhood or take advantage of various amenities, you'll have the freedom to do so effortlessly.



Parking is a breeze throughout the community. You'll find free parking available at all of our sparkling pools and other fantastic amenities. Whether you're heading to the beach, mini-golf, or one of our swimming pools, rest assured that you'll have a convenient spot to park your vehicle.



When you return to your home away from home, you'll find ample parking space in the driveway, accommodating up to four cars. Please note that street parking is not permitted within the community. Your comfort and convenience are our top priorities, ensuring your stay is as smooth as possible.



Other Things to Note:

We’re so excited to welcome you to our home! To ensure a smooth arrival, the community the home is in asks all guests to complete a short rental registration form. Once your booking is confirmed, we’ll send you a link to fill it out online—it’s quick and easy! To avoid a rush fee, please complete the form at least three days before check-in. If the form isn’t submitted 24 hours prior to arrival, the community does require us to cancel the reservation without a refund. We’re here to help if you have any questions—our goal is to make your stay as seamless and enjoyable as possible! Keep in mind that for bookings made within 3 days, the rush fee will need to be paid after booking.



Throughout the home, you'll find technology in use to make your stay safe and enjoyable. Things like electronic door locks, smart thermostats, and the security camera which is outside the home facing the front, recording audio and video will need wifi to function correctly.



Wildlife Safety:

The community has wildlife, including black bears. Do not approach bears and seek safety immediately if you see one. Hosts and homeowners are not liable for any interactions with wildlife, including, but not limited to, bears, deer, skunks, and squirrels.



Please note that this home is located in a community that offer shared amenities. All amenities are managed and maintained by the community, not by us. That means we do not control the hours of operation or availability. The community reserves the right to close or restrict access to these amenities at any time, for any reason, including maintenance, weather, or other unforeseen circumstances.



Interaction with Guests:

We do our best not to bother you with anything unnecessary; we do our best to be available at any time to help with whatever concerns you may have, so don't hesitate to reach out!
