”Great place to spend time in Tokyo. Very good location. Ueno station and metro stations near by. Nice park just cross the road.
Self check-in was not my favorite because I prefer reception to make check-in.
Clean and new hotel.”

”This hotel was amazing. The staff were so helpful and super friendly. They honestly couldn’t do enough to help us. The personal recommendations every night for restaurants meant we tried so absolute gems in the 5 days we stayed.
A big thank you to Mami who was so smiley and always around to help and called restaurants to do double check they had space for us. Very helpful to a solo mum travelling with her teenage daughter. ”

I don't like the recent trend of taking the self check-in terminals in use on the Apa hotels, as the systems always have difficulty finding my reservations, and in the end I need...

”Me and my teenage son stayed for 5 days and I was satisfied with the place and staff. Everyone is so helpful and the place is fairly new with a comfy bed. It's also conveniently located near places to eat and the train stations.
The room was small and can get a little warm in the afternoon . I purchased the breakfast and it's a nice variety of food though my son liked the freshly baked/warmed bread.

”Loved everything about this hotel. Stayed close to 2 weeks, solo. Room was clean, except for this awkward corner behind the bed which was dusty (I didn’t put it against them). Bed was mostly comfortable, you get a single pillow that isn’t the greatest but it works.
There’s free ramen after maybe 9pm and it was pretty good. Free yogurt drink at the onsens in the morning, and free frozen treats (dairy free popsicle and chocolate creamsicle bar things) in the afternoon.

The location is convenient, close to Ueno, and Akihabara, with Metro and Train stations practically around the corner, aswell as Taxi stop, making the trip to the airport just that much more convenient. The rooms are small, but just spacious enough for the price range the hotel is in. The rooms are highly functional and well cleaned & kept. ”

”This was our second time at Dormy Inn Akihabara. This time was also very enjoyable. Room is not big but it has everything you need and it's organized.
Onsen on top of the roof is awesome. It has three baths (two outside, one inside) and sauna. You get complimentary ice cream or probiotic drink (morning bath) after onsen.
Dormy is greatly located in the heart of Akihabara.”
