Our family absolutely loved this hotel! It was perfect for our 14 day stay in Japan. I chose it because it had a kitchenette and a washer and dryer. We have 2 boys, 10 and 12, and we had enough room in the smaller of the available rooms. The beds and pillows were hard, but we were so exhausted it didn’t bother us too much. The grocery store is across the street and of course 7-11s and vending machines are right there too. It is in a very nice neighborhood, very safe, clean and super quiet. We used the Bakurocho Station to catch trains and it was a very easy 6 minute walk away. The front desk was available if we had questions. We would definitely stay at this hotel again if we go back!

The hotel is very clean in a quiet neighborhood. Walking distance to two different subway stations is about 6 minutes. It is also next to a big market and it makes buying snacks, food, and other items very easily. We also enjoy taking an evening walk to the Sumida River which is 16 minutes walk from the hotel.

Room was spacious. Love the little room that have the seat but can put away for the beddings on the tatami mats. Everything was clean. There was barely any communication between staff as it was mostly self serve but there is a staff member (ive seen in the evening) there to help with check in and other inquiries. Washer/dryer was convenient for our stay.

Excellent stay! The place is nice, quiet, clean. Location is close to 2 train stations. Crossing the street there is a big supermarket with better places than a convenient store. Also, there is a laundry machine in the apt. Only comment would be to add a curtain in the shower
