”Super cool upbeat hotel. Wall art and overall layout visually entertaining. Only a few meters to shopping center and absolutely everything else Shibuya has to offer. We walked everywhere during our stay. Staff very helpful, loved game night! ”

”Great Place”

”Sakura Tower is part of the Prince hotels complex. The swimming pool and most of the shops and restaurants are in the Prince Takanawa hotels, a short walk across the garden. There is a separate charge of 2000 yen to use the pool or gym. Hotel is conveniently located few minutes walk from Shinagawa station. Service was excellent, room and bathroom large and in good condition. Very quiet and peaceful. Breakfast was fine, too.”

”Very small room like many Tokyo rooms, but it was extremely well thought out. The bathroom space and shower were great, and the fold out desk was functional. The lobby lounge though is what made this a very good stay. It’s cool and comfortable at the same time and I was able to setup my computer to work to a few hours. They have a free happy hour at 5pm for guests, too. The top floor bar is super fancy and brings in young locals looking for a great cocktail bar experience. ”

”Olemme vierailleet Tokiossa useita kertoja, mutta emme ole aikaisemmin yöpyneet tällä alueella. Sekä alue että hotelli olivat varsin mukavia. Hotellihuone oli japanilaiseksi hotellihuoneeksi aika tilava. Läheinen Shinagawan metropysäkki on Yamanote-linjan varrella, joten alueelta pääsi varsin sujuvasti eri puolille Tokiota.”

”Like the size of the room with comfortable tatami like floor, huge bath tub, strong water strength and posh looking toilet . Basin area is huge and nice too . 1 star for a staff who shower impatience when I enquired about the washer use with credit card. His attitude only changed when he realized his understanding was not correct. This could be improved for better customer experience. ”

”Hyatt Organization adds 15% Service extra fee in your invoice in Tokyo. No other Hotel Chain does that in Japan! Therefore value for money is not as good as in the Other 5 star Hotels in Tokyo!”

”Nice location but very small rooms. Spa was overgrowded so did not go in. Room had a full carpet so i dot recommend to people with allergies.”
