    Tämä 5-makuuhuoneen koti sulautuu elementtejä paikallista arkkitehtuuria näitä löytyy moderni, ylellinen ranta mökit ympäri maailmaa. Koko talo on furnised upea, käsityönä kalusteet sertifioitujen lehtipuuta peräisin Nicaraguassa ja jokaisessa huoneessa on top-of-the-line sänkyä niin voit huoletta voit nukkua hyvin, kun lomalla. Periaatteessa, et koskaan halua lähteä kun olet täällä!

    Alakerran on 3 makuuhuonetta - Master sviitti 1 kuningas ja 2 huonetta, joista toisessa on 1 queen ja toisessa 2 fulls. Täällä löydät myös tärkeimmät keittiö, olohuone, ruokailutila, ulkona baari ja oleskelutila ja tietenkin altaan. On enemmän ulkona oleskelutilassa niin tiedätte mitä tehdä, haluatko ottaa nokoset wrap-around sohva, lukea kirjaa riippumatossa, nauttia cocktailin baarissa ystäviesi altaassa tai maata ulos märkä kannella nauti auringosta ja katsella surffailla.

    Yläkerran on oma pääsy kautta ulkona portaikon, joka myös tarjoaa pääsyn 2.krs parveke ja 3. kerroksen parvella. Yläkerran on 2 makuuhuonetta - Master sviitti 1 kuningas ja vieras sviitti 1 king - sekä keittiö, joka on täysin varustettu kaikki mitä tarvitset.

    Hinnat vaihtelevat käyttöasteen mukaan. Vuokraamme alakerrassa erikseen 450 dollaria / yö 6 hengelle tai 600 dollaria / vrk jopa 10 hengelle.

There is no explaining in enough detail how magical this place is! The house was absolutely amazing, comfortable beds, cool AC, SO MUCH natural light but also you can black the curtains out for sleeping if you prefer. Hiring the chefs was so legit and Karina was an absolute GEM of a host and help. Cannot reccomend this place enough. Memories made to last a lifetime!!

Perfect for our family of 7. One 8 year old. Close to numerous good restaurants, surfing, walks, tide pools and surf board rentals. House was lovely and having a small pool was great. Easy to prepare our own meals if we chose to. Our host Karina, was amazing. Always available, always helpful. She even found a delicious birthday cake at the last minute. I hope to return.

Lovely home on a stunning beach

This is beautiful home and the layout is very nice for families and large groups. The property manager Karina was incredibly communicative and made sure we had good directions to the home, which honestly was easy to locate on google maps. Karina was happy to facilitate tours, massages, horseback riding and whatever else we needed and took really good care of us. She even provided a comprehensive listing of all the local restaurants and very clear directions of how to access the nearby tide pools, which were a huge hit with my kids. We travel frequently and everyone in my group agreed this was one of the nicest homes/best layouts we have seen. Nicaragua is a beautiful country and everyone we encountered was very warm and helpful. I’m very grateful for the memories and would absolutely stay at the property again.

Paradise Awaits!!

I cannot say enough about Ola Popoyo. This house and beach is a hidden gem! The house had an amazing view and the sunsets were spectacular. Andrea was so helpful and friendly and was there whenever we needed her. Todd was a HUGE help and coordinated anything and everything we wanted to do. We loved the tide pools, the sea turtles, hunting for shells, horseback riding and playing in the ocean. We also loved the adventurous roads and the most friendly Nicaraguan people. Our family and friends believe Ola Popoyo is heaven on earth. We are ready to go back!!!

Wonderful family vacation!

We had a wonderful family vacation with something for everybody to do, including our infant of eight months and my parents who joined us. Todd, the concierge did everything possible to help us pick out excursions, and our driver, Miguel, was part of the family by time we left. Our chef and housekeeper were wonderful and they had a special bond going with our daughter. Our chef even made her a headband! The landscaper was really nice and even cut us a fresh coconut one of the days. Food was delicious and menu accommodations were no problem (although we were not able to make changes for only 2 of 5 people so everybody missed out on fish and lobster sadly). The house was just as pictured and maintained very well! The only things that were not clear in the listing were that AC in the common areas (outside the bedrooms) was not included ($25 extra a day), and that only the housekeeper had access to the laundry. The AC units worked awesome though and we didn’t mind paying extra. The housekeeper did our laundry just fine and didn’t mind using the special detergent we brought for our little one, so that worked out. We had to ask for extra bathroom towels beyond the one each, but were able to get them no problem. I only wish our pool towels got cleaned more often - but that was our fault probably for not asking sooner than the second to last day. Overall an amazing experience and we would come back again! Thank you to Karina and Todd for everything!

Ola Popoyo is a great house for either families or for a group of individual travelers which is what we had for this particular stay. It's a great space in a stellar location!

Amazing family experience

Everything was amazing and done for us! Perfect vacation living. We stayed with another family and had 5 kids 1-7 years old with us, and it was all amazing!!! The guys could surf right or back and the rest of the family could play on the beach and the pool right there, so everyone got to do what they wanted.

Got sick and stuck at home but everyone else loved it!!!

My family and I were headed out to come to Nicaragua when I got sick on our layover in Mexico City and had to go to the hospital. The rest of the party made it to Nicaragua and raved about the place. Nothing stinks more than sitting in a hospital bed staring at white walls hearing stories about the amazing weather, gorgeous home aesthetics, pristine beach front view, and relaxed vibe. Everything they needed was there for them. The house was spacious and immaculate. The rooms were clean and stocked. What was in the pictures was all there and more. Needless to say, I'm going to have to make my way back there and see it for myself.

As wonderful as advertised!!

It’s not often that the pictures you see online match the reality, but Ola Popoyo is every bit as beautiful. But what really distinguishes it from other places is the staff. Andrea and Jose worked so hard to keep everything clean and ready for us. And the real star is Dwight - he had a solution for every request and always made us feel like we were his most important priority. Staying at Los Popoyo was a great choice!!

A great property with semi-private beach and small but nice pool

We went on vacation February 2018. We had 7 people. The house was spacious and large enough for all of us to enjoy our own space. The patio was sandy, but very well maintained and a nice relaxing space from the hot sun. The pool was small, but refreshing. The beach was breathtaking and very private with few people and an occasional herd of cows walking by. The house staff was excellent and kept the house and yard very clean. Absolutely no complaints here. Dwight was the man on the ground that visited us almost every day to make sure we didn't have any issues. Dwight was fantastic. He made sure that the fruit trucks stopped by the house so we could buy fresh fruit daily. He set up a last minute massage for us and was there to meet our drivers for all of our outings. We could not have asked for better service than what he delivered. We also requested the chef service. There is a minimum of 5 days. In hindsight, we would have wanted less. The local restaurants were delish and delivered better food. That is not to say that Hazel's food was not good, but you would be hard pressed to find sauces and beef better than La Perla's in the States most certainly for the price. The restaurants run on Nicaraguan time so it is a 2.5-3.0 excursion to eat a meal, but it was about the experience for us. The cost of the chef services is more expensive than what you could buy at the local restaurants/fruit trucks. Furthermore, we did ask for local dishes, but they were mostly Americanized. Also, we got a vanilla cake and brownies out of a box for two desserts, and the menu we approved of was switched. That being said, Hazel was fantastic and it served its very convenient purpose. We would do this option again only if they offered less days. Massages - Excellent - done by Surfers Massage. Granada Excursion - . Christian was our driver and he was good. The boat ride around the islands of the lakes was interesting and fun. The lunch and shopping in the Center of Town was fine. It was an okay excursion. We did the Masaya Volcano excursion. A beautiful view, but a long drive. I would do the excursion on your way to the house or on your way home. Otherwise it is a 6-7 hour trip with the majority of that in the car. BEST EXCURSION - The local trip to three small villages to see how they live. Harold was the tour guide and was EXCELLENT. Keep this authentic. This was new and we were the first tenants to go. I would do again.

Beautiful home right on the beach

Luxury home, right on beach, near surfing and tide pools. Longer walk to main part of town, but we had vehicle so was fine. Very safe, always a guard on duty. Someone was always available for questions. Cleaning staff around in am. Very comfortable getaway with friends and family, nicest home on the beach!

A PARADISE

The house was fabulous. So airy and comfortable. We felt like we were staying in a 5 star resort! We had a sweet maid and gardener all day, every day. We felt so pampered. Karina and Dwight were so hands on and accomodating. Dwight we stop in everyday and check on us and became a friend. What a great vacation spot, it seemed we practically had the beach to ourselves. Truly wonderful property!

We were a group of 10 including 3 young children and one teenager. The layout of the house was fantastic and we never felt crowded; there is a lot of room to spread out or to hang out together as a group. Karina, the property manager, was excellent to work with and always very helpful! Dwight, lives nearby, and helped us organize some great trips once we were there. Andrea and Jose work at the house 6 days a week and do a fantastic job of keeping everything clean (even for our big, messy group)! The patio, balcony and pool offer lots of shade when you need a break from the sun, and the beach truly is as beautiful and private as other reviewers have said. We had a fantastic trip and highly recommend this property.

Best house in Popoyo!

We rented this house for two weeks in March/April 2017. We were 4 adults and 1 child (11 years old). It was more house than we required but wanted the space and privacy for two families. Ola Popoyo is a fabulous house directly on a pristine beach in an off-the-beaten path area. We felt we had the beach to ourselves minus the odd herd of cows and sprinkling of people walking to the tide pools. While it takes effort to get to Popoyo (2.5 hour drive from Managua), the rewards are great. The area has nice restaurants close-by (El Toro, La Perla, Viento Esto Pizza, etc) and markets for the basics but it is not overly crowded or touristy. We drove to San Juan Del Sur and while it was nice to visit and see, we were glad we didn’t stay there. In planning this trip, we worried we had chosen an area with nothing around as satellite doesn’t reveal much, however, this is not the case. It is a quaint little beach town that was “just right”. The vibe is laid-back with hostels and surf camps. We rented a vehicle and found that our days driving the dry, bumpy and dusty roads provided endless entertainment. We drove to Granada, Masaya and surrounding areas on the days we needed a break from the sun. Otherwise, it was hard to leave Ola Popoyo and, when we did, were eager to get back. The sunsets are breathtaking. The nearby tide pools are great for exploring. We enjoyed watching the surfers and spent hours body surfing/boogie boarding. “Zi” (yoga instructor) came to the house several times - fabulous! Masaya Volcano is a must. The house is equipped with high-quality furniture and the beds are extremely comfortable. All bedrooms have AC but we kept usage to a minimum (electricity is very expensive in Nicaragua). Mostly used it at night for sleeping as we were outdoors during the day. Outdoor shower and plunge pool are great features! You will be well taken care of! Dwight, the guest relations manager, dropped in daily to say hello and check if we needed anything but was never intrusive. He helped arrange our car rental, catamaran trip, surf lessons and tour to Ometepe Island. We did the meal plan for half of the trip which was fantastic. Thank you Hazel! Both Andrea and Jose did a wonderful job maintaining the house indoors and out. Karina was very responsive and helpful. Her team is very professional in the management of their properties. Nicaragua is a lovely country with kind people. We are so happy we found this gem! Thank you for such a memorable vacation!

what a truly amazing and special place

11 beautiful ladies had the holiday of a lifetime thanks to Ola Popoyo. The house could not have been more perfect being right on the beach facing West so we could watch the sunset every night right from the hammock! It was big enough so no one was stepping on each other's toes! The meal package was absolutely the way to go. The meals were healthy and prepared to our schedule which was all over the place. Karina was extremely helpful and accommodating. Having yoga almost every day at the house was also very lovely. We would love to come back another time - it's just a question of whether our husbands would let us visit again 😚

Ola Popoyo...Epic Family Vacation!!

Although our visit to Ola Popoyo was beyond amazing, I hesitate to share too much about this hidden gem since one of the benefits of this incredible home and private beach is it's unfiltered access to an unspoiled, secluded slice of paradise. But I'll let you in on the secret. If you can withstand the 3 hour+ drive from Managua on very poor roads, you won't be disappointed. The listing for this beautiful five bedroom / 4 bath home was spot on. I thought the photos were photoshopped and too good to be true. I was wrong. My photos from my own Iphone were even better :) The home was spotless, incredibly well maintained, and included every 1st class amenity (strong, AC, fast wifi, comfy beds and furniture) that you'd expect from a premier resort. With our own private top notch chef (Sonia) and housekeeper (Andrea) that both made us feel truly at home and even felt like part of our family, we were also attended to by our own concierge (gotta love Dwight!) who visited us twice a day at minimum to ensure all our needs were met and also recommended, faciilitated, and connected us to several local excursions/activities like horseback on the beach, sunset cruise on a catamaran, in shore fishing, golf, surfing, and much more. We treasured our experience, definitely plan to be back, and without reservation recommend this amazing property. OUTSTANDING / 5 STAR

Beautiful home with all of the amenities on a beautiful beach with a classic tidal pool just a short walk down the beach. Great surf break right in front of the house. The staff could not have been more accommodating. Sonia, our attentive and excellent cook, went above beyond each day providing us with delicious meals made with the freshest fruit, vegetables, seafood, chicken, beef and pork. The grounds keeper, Jorge and house keeper, Andrea, enhanced our stay by attentively maintaining the grounds and house. Thank you Karina and staff for a 5 star experience.

This was VACATION

This house is heavenly and the care givers: cook, yard man, house keeper were fabulous workers and great people. The house is located in the best part of the neighborhood and has a wonderful view of beach front. It appears to be a new house that is spacious and tastefully decorated. We had a great time while there and were very well taken care of by our care-givers. Property management folks were immediately accessible and available to assist. You want a "vacation", come here. We will again.

Exceeded all expectations!!

Ola Popoyo exceeded our expectations in every way. We were provided all the amenities of home. This is easily the best house on the entire strip of beach and was confirmed by the many locals we met on our trip. :) It is apparently the only house with a pool and a swim up bar, and super easy access to the beach and surf. You can walk to the amazing tide pools in less than 10 minutes. Karina, the property manager made herself available whenever we needed her. She was super informative and helped us with anything we needed, from excursions to setting up transportation, she knew all the best locals to get in contact with. We always felt safe and taken care of when she set anything up for us. She definitely went above and beyond for our group. Sonia, our chef, was seriously one of the highlights of the trip! She not only accommodated 3 types of dietary needs, but did it in a way that was very inclusive without compromising taste or variety. The food was fresh, simple and delicious. We didn't know what to expect when planning our trip in the way of food, and looking back, we couldn't recommend it more since there is not much else nearby to eat. When you are in Popoyo, be sure to employ Berry, the massage therapist to take you to a whole new level of relaxation! I've had dozens of massages, and she's definitely in the top 3 of my favorites. She starts with an assessment of your body, asks questions about your daily routine (work, exercise, diet) and takes all of it into account when doing her massage. Berry provided a massage tailored for my body coming from years of experience in her field. She is truly a master of her craft. Do yourself a favor and get a massage from this woman... you will not regret it! Whenever I find myself back in Nicaragua, Ola Popoyo is where I will stay!
