”We loved our stay here! The location is fantastic — just a few minutes' walk from Bologna's historic center. We were able to see everything on foot. The property is beautiful, very well maintained, spotless, and incredibly comfortable. It felt like a true home away from home. The host was super responsive, provided clear instructions, and made both check-in and check-out smooth and easy. We’ll definitely come back and will gladly recommend it to friends and family!”

”Talo ja huoneistot olivat tyylikkäät ja hyvällä sijainnilla. Huoneisto oli hyvänkokoinen 3-4 hlölle. Huoneisto parven ansiosta kaksi kerroksinen ja ylhäällä oli myös hyvän kokoinen makuuhuone. Yhteydenpito whatsappin kanssa sujui ripeästi, mutta ei tosin viikonlopun aikana. Huoneistosta puuttui kokonaan kaukosäädin toisen makuuhuoneen televisioon, joten sitä ei voinut käyttää. Pyynnöstä huolimatta kaukosäädintä ei toimitettu. Kuten koko huoneisto, niin kylpyhuoneet olivat oikein tyylikkäät....

”Antonio’s apartment near Bologna Centrale had everything we needed for a great Italian trip. It was less than 10 minute walk to the main train station giving us easy access to Florence, Milan the beaches and smaller towns like Ferrara. It was less than a 20 minute walk to the historical center of Bologna. There were good restaurants just steps away and 2 grocery stores less than a 10 minute walk as well. ”Unser Aufenthalt war wirklich sehr schön. Die Gastgeberin war überaus freundlich und hilfsbereit.In der schönen Ferienwohnung ist alles vorhanden, was man zum Wohlfühlen braucht.Fahrtzeit nach Pisa 1 Stunde 45 Minuten und Florenz 1 Stunde 25 Minuten. Nachts die Serpentinen hoch ist ein kleines Abenteuer, da allerhand Wild unterwegs ist.”

”Even though the property is a little bit outside of the city center, it can easily be reached within a 15/20 minute walk and there are plenty of buses at the street corner. The apartment is very clean and has everything you need. Pietro is great at communicating and lives nearby if necessary. There are also a lot of supermarkets and cafes in the neighborhood. Make sure to ask Pietro about the local restaurants; he knows all the good, non touristy places. ”

”We had a lovely stay at this perfectly located apartment. The apartment was perfect for the 3 of us, with a well equipped kitchenette and a beautifully updated bathroom. Everything was squeaky clean and the location is perfect with a beautiful view onto the rooftops of old Bologna. All major sights, shopping and grocery shopping are in easy walking distance. Communication was great and made both checkin and checkout super easy. Highly recommended. ”

”Central location in Old Town Bologna. This apartment is in the university area. The benefits are the charming surroundings; the drawbacks the noise in the streets in the evening and night from lots of partying students. The apartment and furniture are not new but functional. Communication with the landlord is through WhatsApp, so make sure you have that available and turned on.”
