This cheerful home is thoughtfully restored & maintained.

Guests love our Queen beds with new memory foam mattresses, comfortable sheets, and new cozy comforters. There are lots of extra blankets & pillows.
Both bedrooms have closets w/ hangers & dressers.

In the living room there is a new for 2025 sectional couch, side chair, & 4 additional chairs between the office & dining area. 50 inch Roku TV w/ Sling included or stream your favorites.

Work from your home away from home with fast WiFi and computer desk/chair.

The full bath has been recently updated w/ a new vanity and refinished tub. Guests have raved about our lasting hot water and water pressure. We provide Shampoo, Conditioner, body wash as well as an abundance of fluffy white towels.

The eat in kitchen is stocked with a full sized refrigerator, microwave, electric ceramic cooktop range. Plates, dishes, silverware, pots and pans provided. Keurig Coffee maker w/ creamer. We usually have oil, vinegar, salt and pepper etc in the kitchen as well. Sometimes things get broken or walk off without our knowledge, we ask that you be kind when it comes to kitchen supplies. We ensure items you'd find at a standard hotel room are available.

There is also a Brita Pitcher so guest have filtered water.

Under the kitchen sink are some cleaning supplies, as well as some in the front hall closet including a vacuum if needed.

Full unfinished basement with NEW full sized washer and dryer, FREE for your use. Please note that basements in Toledo tend to be damp due to the high water table. We regularly change the furnace filter and run a dehumidifier, but since guests have remarked on this in the past we want to make sure guests know this. There is a door from the basement to the rest of the home.

Spring 2025 we have updated the couch w/ a new more comfortable sectional.

We have recently replaced the sheets, bed pillows, and bath towels in 2024. We added a queen air mattress for an additional sleeping area or kids & had all the rugs professionally shampooed.

Bringing a pet? Our yard is fully fenced and gated, pets are welcome for a small fee. We even have treats, water bowl & pick up bags. This home backs up to a walking/biking paved trail. We strive for the most clean and affordable places around while being pet friendly.

Our home is professionally cleaned after each guest, we try to keep the cleaning costs as low as possible while maintaining a high standard of clean, we never require guests to do dishes/laundry but it is helpful if the outgoing guest starts these since many of our incoming guests ask to check in early.

Because some bookings are back to back, it can be difficult to accommodate early check-in and late check-outs. If you need additional time in the home please consider booking an extra day. If our cleaner completes the clean early we do our best to notify the incoming guest that they can check in early free of charge.

We stand by our home being less costly than a local hotel room while accommodating more people (this home sleeps 5) and being pet friendly.
