2-BEDROOM APARTMENT

Guests will enjoy the amenities of an apartment located in the city’s historic district (within the walled area), but with the added convenience of being able to drive right up to the apartment’s doorstep and park on the street in the area designated by the O.R.A., in addition to the Safont regulated parking lot being less than 500 meters away. The apartment features two bedrooms (fully equipped with bedding and plenty of towels for guests), a living room-kitchen (with a sofa bed, a Nespresso capsule coffee maker, a minibar, and kitchen utensils, a bathroom (with soap provided for your use), and an open terrace.<br>We are currently carrying out an energy-efficiency renovation on the building’s facade—an investment in the future that will improve comfort and reduce the apartment’s environmental impact. The work is entirely exterior and does not affect the interior of the apartment.<br>However, please note that during your stay, you will not be able to use the terrace while the facade renovation work is underway. To carry out this comprehensive renovation, scaffolding has been installed on the facade, which entails certain inconveniences regarding cleanliness, noise levels, and privacy that, unfortunately, are beyond our direct control.<br>The work is being carried out during regular business hours, so evenings and weekends will remain quiet with no construction activity.<br>We are aware that these circumstances may cause some inconvenience during your stay, and we apologize in advance for any inconvenience this may cause.
