”We had a great stay at Baldwin Inn & Suites. The staff was friendly, welcoming, and always. The location was very convenient, with easy access to nearby restaurants and shopping. Our room was huge, giving us plenty of space to move around. The beds were very comfortable, and we slept great. The room was also clean. Overall, this hotel offered exactly what we needed for an affordable price. We would definitely stay here again when visiting the area.”

”Our room (202) was not cleaned well at all prior to our arrival. There was leftover food from the last guest in the microwave, the last guest left their gym shorts in a drawer and a blanket in the closet. The pullout couch didn’t have a sheet. The skirting for the bed was ripped as well. There was maybe 1 staff onsite. The breakfast option was cereal with maybe an 1/8th of a gallon of milk in a mini fridge. I would not recommend staying here.”

”We stayed 8 minutes and our credit card was charged 139 dollars. We made a reservation for a non smoking room and was place in a room that was in disrepair and not clean smelling of cigarettes so bad it caused me to have an allergy attack. We called the front desk and we were place in another room that had a trong toilet cleaner smell like somebody's was trying to coverup the smell of something disgusting. This room was also dirty with dried blood stains on the duvet. Between the filth allergy...

”Bed was too small smaller then frame has a 100 dollar deposit that they don’t mention when booked front staff was unhelpful barley has put let’s. Vending machine drinks were HOT.”

”No pool, breakfast came out later than posted time for Continental breakfast. Ac wasnt working when went to front desk was told it couldn't be fixed and they jad no other accommodations so i checked out early”

”I have stayed at hotels offering free breakfasts before, but by comparison, those free breakfasts couldn't hold a candle to what ChefRobert at the Holiday Day Inn Express BDL, put on! The eggs were fresh, cooked to perfection, the bacon fresh, crisp perfect! In fact, everything was excellent and beyond expectations! Hats off to Robert, for an excellent culinary experience”

”No soap in our shower. Stayed overnight quickly so didn't really allocate time to ask for some, but we really shouldn't have to do that at all.”

”Although this is A lovely property, it is definitely not geared to the overnight traveler. Found out that there is no complementary breakfast because they have a restaurant and charge for breakfast. Also, when we arrive, we found out that there was two weddings in the making. This meant that there were no carts available to move our luggage. I’ve been down this road before and know that the wedding parties will keep the carts in the rooms and not return them to the front.”

”advertised continental breakfast when we went in there were two bananas one apple pre-packaged plain bagels and a couple of mini muffins. the room was dusty with con webs on tje light fixtures. the soap dish in the ahower was broken and still stuck to the shower walls,”
