”The villa is perfect for a family getaway, lots of spaces to relax and sit together but equally enough to have time apart. ”We (family of 5, 3 teenage girls) enjoyed our stay at this house a lot. It was extremly quiet, as no neighbours were around. The pool as well as the house were clean, and regularly the pool man Kosta came to check on it. The house itself is very spacious, large living room. You can walk by foot on a gravelroad to the beach (5min), where it's not a sandy beach, but the water is just perfectly clean and nice. We also enjoyed other beaches in the area, as well as visiting the archeological sites....

”We felt very comfortable in the house. You can find everything you need. It is simple but functional. The small and large works of art in and around the house make it cozy. The owners of the house live in the separate entrance below. We were warmly welcomed and because we stayed for 3 months over the winter, a very nice neighborhood atmosphere developed. ”My family and I had a wonderful stay at Villa Rosa, it had something for all ages. We enjoyed walking to the local beach and bathing/playing in the crystal clear waters. The teenagers enjoyed snorkelling at the sunken city nearby and playing basketball/football near Epidavros harbour in the evenings. The highlight for me was a performance of The Trojan Women by Euripides at the big Epidavros theatre about 30 minutes drive away - a real treat, it even had projected subtitles! ”Because of the higher location ,there are amazing 180 degree views.In the heat of the summer there is always a wonderful breeze.The Owners are very caring and attentive to any and all the needs of the property. ”The property was much higher up the hill than we thought, but this was for the better; we had stunning views and wonderful breezes. Perhaps the best part of the experience was Marianthi, the property manager. She was extremely helpful and her recommendations for restaurants and other needs were perfect.
