The house had everything you could need, the coziest kitchen, books and toys for the kids, beach towels, beach things, and the best part, the owners are so lovely and provided so much info on the area and their family history which made it really special. The house is in a beautiful spot and near to a very well stocked community supermarket. ”

”We didn’t know what to expect. It was quite remote but the scenery was amazing! Nestled in Uig bay , with a community shop and cafe only minutes away in the car. It took a while getting used to no internet but we could contact with family using the community cafe WiFi! ”Everyone should put it on there bucket list. The owner was outstanding, very informative and helpful in all aspects of the trip. I would highly recommend the motorhome option on the Hebrides — but only —if people are comfortable driving a large vehicle on some very tiny Scottish roads. The motorhome was great and drove very nicely, and had everything needed for a wonderful stay. The only weak link will be the drive for him or herself.
