”This was my second time staying there and it is honestly the best. They have thought of everything you could possibly need on a ski getaway. The kitchen has all of your necessities, the ski locker is SO convenient and the best thing to have for a ski in skin out resort. The hot tub and pool are amazing and the beds are comfortable too! ”

”Great room and staff. Only complaint is the noise level above us. Very little insulation so we could hear everything. Staff dealt with it accordingly. Would definitely recommend! ”

”It was very convenient however to truly make it enough space for 5 people the pull out couch needs a major up grade. The tub didn’t feel clean. ”

”We had a great time on a girl's weekend. The room was clean and the beds were super comfy. There was no elevator to the second floor and it was a bit disappointing that breakfast was not included in the price. The pool area was also clean and the pool itself was warm and relaxing. Too bad the hottub area was closed down, that would have been a big bonus. All in all, a good experience and a reasonable price to stay in Collingwood!”

”The unit is nice for a family. It’s comfortable. The location is fine. A couple of comments to improve the service: The kitchen utensils and other stuff we not clean. Particularly forks and knives had to be washed before we used them. The drawers have crumbs or something else. Also, we had questions about the facilities but we could not reach the administrators the day before or the day of our arrival The phones are not answered and the AI help does not work. ”

”Property was clean but but could use some TLC. There is no way someone can sleep on the pull out couch. It’s extremely uncomfortable (basically a blanket over metal springs. Gladly we packed a blowout mattress with us. Nice view from our unit though. ”
