The villa was nice and clean. The mood of the first day was lowered by a snake that we saw at our pool, the staff went to catch it, and a cockroach that we caught inside the apartment. Although we have traveled a lot on the different islands of Thailand, we had never encountered a snake at the accommodation before. I would have expected that a five-star hotel would have a better look at the yard areas, especially since the snake came towards us as soon as we arrived at the villa. I recommend the hotel if your goal is to sunbathe in your own peace. "
