”Just a nice place to stay, at reasonable rates, helpful and friendly staff, and convenient parking. Not at all fancy, but clean and in reasonable condition. Toilets, shower, lavatory, refrigerator and the like all worked. Linens were clean and a cut above most budget hotels, though not needlessly luxurious. We visit family in Omak once or twice a year, and will probably be staying here when we can. ”

”Overall happy with stays. Best hotel option around the area except for the smoke in the rooms from the casino. This is something I have to consider heavily when booking a room, so I usually end up staying at the Best Western Peppertree.”

”What a beautiful house! Quiet and relaxing with magnificent views of the area. No hot tub though if that is a must for you, the listing did note a hot tub as an amenity. Great place to spend quality time with the family.”
