âWarm and welcoming atmosphere. Good breakfast and restaurant. Just outside is the carriage to Neuschwanstein. We had a room on the third floor with a view of the Castle, and felt like a princess in this hotel.â

âThe staff at the front desk were terribly Friendly- MS REBECCA, KUSEY (hope I got it right) and the very lovely GM of the hotel. She offered my husband the local beer which was a very kind gesture. We were surprised at the respectfulness, friendliness and everything that you can ask from a front desk staff. The hotel is very clean and the breakfast buffet was delicious. My husband enjoyed the bacon.â

âStaff were friendly and welcoming. Hotel was clean and had nice decor. Room was spacious and temperate.
Breakfast selection was minimal. Hot selection was cold, and inedible.
Room 303 shared two walls with the lift shaft, and as such every time the lift was used the noise would wake us.â
